I really believe the secret to eating healthy and staying healthy is having great recipes. They should be simple, quick, and delicious. My husband use to tease me when we first got married, he’d ask me, “What are you heating up for dinner tonight?” Because back in those days all my cooking entailed removing food items from a box and heating it up. Over the years as my children came along I learned how to prepare meals from scratch. Now like you I’m learning to prepare healthy meals from scratch. Oh She Glows – This sight is strictly Vegan, but anyone looking for healthy plant based recipes will love this blog! There are also a good deal of raw recipes on this site as well. Next to Chocolate Covered Katie this one may be my favorite when it comes to the sweet stuff. She also has great cocktail and smoothie recipes. Enjoy!
